KITCHEN TIPS

TIPS FOR COCONUT:

  1. To cut coconut into two equal halves place it in cool water for some time
  2. When we freeze coconut in fridge, it will be easier to separate from the shell
  3. To avoid fungal growth on coconut ,apply salt all over the coconut(inner white layer)
  4. Add one kajur(dates) to your coconut chutney,it gives extra flavour
