DIETING TIPS FOR WOMEN

Once the age crosses 25 start taking care of your body,due to lot responsibilities you undergo lot of stress,it shows effect on your health,so women should be carefully handle themselves.




  • Walk at least 1 hour once in a day

  • Take nutritious food

  • Nutritious food includes lentils,curries,yogurt and soup,reduce oil and concentrate on leafy veggies lentils,bottle guard,cabbage,ridge gourd

  • Drink more water

  • Eat only 3/4Th meal,maintain regular intervals for eating,it helps in good digestion
  • Eat a fruit after having a big meal
  • Take a glass of water before having lunch and dinner
  • Eat fruits and vegetables which contain Vitamin B and C
  • Can take up to 2 small cups of tea, because it improves disease resistance powder,but don't drink too much
  • Have a glass of juice evening, add honey instead of sugar
  • Eat at least 3 hours before sleeping
  • Walk slowly for 10 minutes after finishing your dinner
  • Massage with sesame oil once in a month for over all body and apply body scrub
  • Sleep at least 8 hours
  • Obased people should walk or exercise for an hour in a day
  • Listen to music before going to bed,it reduces stress and tends to give sound sleep
